Warranty Coverage
This Workmanship Warranty covers:
- All workmanship associated with the installation of your heating, cooling, or ventilation system performed by Beattie Air.
- Repair or rectification of workmanship-related issues identified within five (5) years from the original date of installation.
Warranty Conditions
To maintain this warranty, the following conditions must be met:

- Residential Installations Only
This warranty applies solely to residential installations. Commercial or mixed-use properties are excluded.
- Annual Servicing Requirement
The installed system must be serviced by Beattie Air once every 12 months, starting from the date of installation. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to schedule and ensure these services are completed.
- Proof of Servicing
Failure to maintain annual servicing will void the warranty. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to schedule and ensure these services are completed.

- Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Any faults or failures related to the equipment or components themselves (these are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty).
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, pest damage, power surges, natural disasters, or unauthorised alterations.
- Any part of the installation not performed by Beattie Air.
- Cosmetic damage or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner at the installation address.
- Beattie Air’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or rectification of the original workmanship.
- Any rectification will be performed at Beattie Air’s discretion and will not extend the warranty period beyond the original five years from installation.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under this warranty, please contact Beattie Air as soon as an issue is identified. You will need to provide:
- Your Name
- Installation address
- A description of the issue
