We’re proud of the work we do – and we stand behind it. That’s why every new residential system installed by Beattie Air is backed by our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty.
This warranty covers any installation workmanship defects for five full years from the date of install, giving you peace of mind that your system’s not just installed right – it’s backed for the long run.
✅ What’s Covered
- Defects or faults directly caused by Beattie Air’s installation workmanship
- Labour and call-out costs to inspect and rectify eligible workmanship issues
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Product or equipment faults (covered under the manufacturer’s 5-Year Parts & Labour Warranty from Daikin or Mitsubishi Electric)
- Damage caused by misuse, tampering, third-party repairs, power surges, or pests
- Systems not serviced annually by Beattie Air
- Inaccessible or unsafe installation locations that prevent safe servicing
- General wear and tear, corrosion, or cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance
⚙️ How to Keep Your Warranty Valid
To maintain your warranty for the full 5-year term:
- Your system must be serviced by Beattie Air at least once every 12 months
This allows us to monitor your system’s performance, maintain service records, and catch any workmanship-related issues early
🔔 We’ll send you an annual reminder when it’s time to book your service
🚫 Failure to complete annual servicing with Beattie Air will void this workmanship warranty

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act
1993 and Building Act 2004.
This warranty applies only to residential installations completed on or after 1 August 2025.
