Project Overview

Beattie Air was selected as the HVAC partner for a large-scale aged care villa development in Christchurch. This multi-stage project required the full mechanical fit-out of multiple villa blocks, delivered in a way that allowed the client to take early possession of completed stages while construction continued on others.

This approach demanded high levels of coordination, scheduling precision, and quality assurance. Our commercial team worked closely with the builder and site management to align HVAC installation and commissioning with staged handovers — ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption throughout the programme.

Scope of Works

Our team supplied and installed Panasonic ducted and split systems, paired with ventilation and accessories from SIMX, Smooth-Air, and Fantech. The systems were carefully selected for their energy efficiency, quiet performance, and suitability for aged care environments.

We delivered:
