Maintenance
To maintain a healthy air conditioning system we recommend an annual maintenance check and clean.
Apart from being a requirement of your manufacturer’s warranty, this will prevent your unit from producing unpleasant smells and will maintain the unit’s efficiency.
A filter blocked with dirt can mean that insufficient air would pass over the evaporator coil causing inefficiency in the unit, and over a long period could well be harmful to the major components of the unit, especially the compressor.

– Clean and sanitise filters, fan blades, heat exchangers.
– Flush drain tray and test drain hose, condensate pump.
– Tighten electrical terminals.
– Check performance is to manufacturer’s specifications.
– Check and test control
Outdoor units:

– Tighten electrical terminals.
– Check performance is to manufacturer’s specifications.

We will perform an initial assessment and advise you on an initial estimate to repair.
In a lot of cases we are able fix the issues within the one hour minimum charge out, more complex problems may require parts.
